Overview
As a
Steampunk
Medallia Administrator & Developer
, you will serve as the primary technical resource responsible for the administration, configuration, enhancement, and support of the Medallia platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders and customer experience strategists to implement feedback programs, develop reporting solutions, maintain integrations, and ensure the platform delivers reliable and actionable customer experience data.
Contributions
Responsibilities Include:
Administer, configure, and maintain the Medallia platform.
Design, build, test, and deploy surveys, feedback forms, and customer experience programs.
Configure workflows, alerts, user permissions, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
Develop and maintain integrations between Medallia and enterprise systems.
Support data collection, transformation, and reporting activities.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing operational support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure data quality, system performance, and platform security.
Develop and maintain documentation, operational procedures, and best practices.
Monitor platform usage and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience capabilities.
Research new Medallia features and capabilities and recommend adoption strategies.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience administering and configuring Medallia or comparable customer experience platforms.
Experience developing surveys, workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Experience supporting SaaS platforms and enterprise integrations.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience gathering and implementing business requirements.
Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Preferred Skills:
Medallia certification(s) or equivalent customer experience platform certifications.
Experience with APIs, data integrations, and reporting tools.
Experience supporting Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs.
Experience working with large-scale customer feedback datasets.
Experience supporting federal government clients.
Knowledge of Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in cross-functional teams consisting of business and technical stakeholders.

The projected compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
