Associate Automation Developer Job Locations US-Remote ID 2026-19270 Category Engineering/IT Position Type Full-Time Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced developer to join our dynamic team. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using various programming languages and technologies. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Azure AI Studio, as well as proficiency in languages such as Python, C# sharp, .NET, Blazor, JSON, etc. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development projects. Design, develop, and maintain software applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Azure AI Studio to create innovative and efficient solutions. Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and connectors to enhance system functionalities. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure quality and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, performing root cause analysis when necessary. Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and deliverables. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in relevant technologies. Collaborate with other team members and provide technical guidance and support. Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting. Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience as an Engineer, with a focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Azure AI Studio. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C# sharp, .NET, Blazor, JSON, etc. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. Solid knowledge of API development and integration techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Mental Requirements: Communicating with others to exchange information. Problem-solving and thinking critically. Completing tasks independently. Interpreting data. Making timely decisions in the context of a workflow. Maintaining focus. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance. Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area. No adverse environmental conditions expected. Base compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
