Captivation is looking for software developers who can get stuff done while making a difference in support of the mission to protect our country.  Description Captivation Software is looking for a mid level systems engineer with experience in System Administration Automation, management and security compliance.  Candidate must focus on maintaining system integrity, performance, and security for critical client/server environments, demanding strong problem-solving and communication skills. Candidate must be prepared to work with a small, mission focused team that frequently interacts with users and the customer.   Requirements Security Clearance: Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university  Six (6) years of systems engineering experience Required Skills: Strong System Engineering and System Administration Strong knowledge of Security Compliance Strong knowledge of networking devices. (Cisco, Juniper, Arista) System Administration skills for Windows/Linux Familiarity with Kubernetes/containerization  Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Centrify, Group Policy, Network Services Strong knowledge of security protocols and patching Communication and escalation of issues to management   This position is open for direct hires only.
