Manufacturing Test Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineering Test Engineer develops, validates, deploys, and sustains production test equipment and software for printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) and electronics assembly operations. The role supports new product introduction and mature production, with emphasis on test coverage, fault isolation, equipment reliability, data integrity, operator safety, cycle time, quality, and cost. The engineer works across R&D, Operations, Quality, IT, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and external test-system suppliers to deliver standardized test solutions that can be supported globally. You will report directly to our Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Northford, CT location on 100% on-site work schedule.
