Most importantly, our exceptional employee retention rate reflects a culture of professional growth, mission focus, and dedication—ensuring long-term stability and expertise for our customers’ critical needs.Job SummarySeeking an Agile Developer responsible for the full-stack development, integration, and sustainment of cloud-based applications and microservices within a collaborative Agile environmentThis role supports the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using modern development frameworks, containerization technologies, and CI/CD practicesThe developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-focused capabilities while supporting continuous improvement and rapid software deliveryPrimary ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain cloud-based applications and microservicesSupport full-stack software development activities across front-end, back-end, and API integrationsDevelop and maintain RESTful services and APIs using modern development tools and frameworksParticipate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectivesImplement and support CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processesUtilize technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker to support containerized application deployment and orchestrationDevelop and maintain code using languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, and AnsibleSupport application testing activities, including functional, performance, API, and accessibility testingUtilize tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Swagger, JMeter, JAWS, or NVDA to support quality assurance and validation effortsTroubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and deployment issues in cloud-based environmentsCollaborate with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable software solutionsMaintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives across the development lifecycleRequired QualificationsMust have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope PolygraphBachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experienceDesired QualificationsExperience with one or more of the following:Testing/QA Tools: Playwright, Cypress, JMeter, Swagger, 508 testing tools (JAWS or NVDA)Programming/Scripting: Java, JavaScript, Python, AnsibleDevOps/Cloud Technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelinesExempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
