Most importantly, our exceptional employee retention rate reflects a culture of professional growth, mission focus, and dedication—ensuring long-term stability and expertise for our customers’ critical needs.Job SummarySeeking an Agile Developer / Test Automation Engineer to support complex Government test and evaluation efforts in an Agile engineering environmentThe successful candidate will analyze system requirements, concepts of operations, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop and execute test plans and procedures, collect and analyze test data, and report status and resultsThis role will also support development of formal Government T&E documentation and coordinate with external test organizations to ensure integrated test executionPrimary ResponsibilitiesAnalyze system requirements, CONOPS, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to define test objectives and evaluation approachesDevelop test plans, procedures, scripts, and automated test capabilitiesPrepare for and conduct data collection, test execution, and results analysisDocument test status, findings, risks, defects, and recommendationsSupport development of Government T&E documentation, including:T&E StrategyTest & Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP)Event Test PlansTest Readiness AssessmentsT&E ReportsCoordinate with Government and external test organizations to support integrated T&E activitiesTailor test methods and automation approaches to system function, maturity, performance objectives, and mission requirementsSupport Agile development teams by integrating test activities throughout the development lifecycleDevelop and maintain automated functional, API, regression, performance, accessibility, and end-to-end testsParticipate in Agile ceremonies, defect resolution, test readiness reviews, and release-readiness activitiesRequired QualificationsMust have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope PolygraphBachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university and at least nine (9) years of relevant test experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity; orMaster’s degree in a related discipline and at least seven (7) years of relevant experienceDemonstrated experience developing and executing formal test plans and proceduresExperience analyzing requirements and translating them into test cases and evaluation criteriaExperience collecting, analyzing, and reporting test resultsExperience supporting formal Government T&E documentation and test eventsCandidates should have experience with at least two of the following:Cucumber / GherkinPlaywrightJMeterSwagger or similar API testing toolsSeleniumCypressSection 508 accessibility testing tools such as JAWS or NVDADesired QualificationsAgile/Scrum or DevSecOps development environmentsCI/CD pipeline integration and automated testingAPI, functional, regression, performance, and end-to-end testingRequirements traceability and test evidence managementAccessibility testing and Section 508 compliance validationCollaboration with Government T&E, development, cybersecurity, and operational test organizationsExempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
