Most importantly, our exceptional employee retention rate reflects a culture of professional growth, mission focus, and dedication—ensuring long-term stability and expertise for our customers’ critical needs.Job SummarySeeking an Agile Test Engineer to support Government test and evaluation activities in an Agile development environmentThe successful candidate will execute manual and automated test cases, analyze system requirements and operational concepts, develop test plans and procedures, perform data collection and analysis, and coordinate with other test organizations to support integrated T&E effortsPrimary ResponsibilitiesExecute approved test plans using manual and automated test casesDocument and report test execution status, results, defects, and findingsAnalyze system requirements, system descriptions, and concept of operations documents to develop evaluation and test plans and proceduresPrepare for and conduct test data collection and analysisDevelop and maintain test cases, procedures, and supporting documentationCoordinate with Government and external test organizations to support T&E program integrationSupport defect identification, retesting, regression testing, and release-readiness activitiesWork within Agile teams to integrate testing throughout the development lifecycleUse collaborative engineering and test-management tools to maintain requirements, test evidence, and execution statusRequired QualificationsMust have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope PolygraphBachelor’s degree in a science, mathematics, engineering, or related technical field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or EngineeringAt least nine (9) years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree plus seven (7) years of relevant experienceExperience executing manual and automated software testsExperience analyzing requirements and translating them into test plans, procedures, and test casesExperience collecting, analyzing, documenting, and reporting test resultsExperience working collaboratively across development, engineering, and test organizationsDesired QualificationsFamiliarity with the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira, Confluence, and TestRay / SynapseRTFamiliarity with basic Linux tools and command-line utilitiesExperience with web browser-based testing tools such as Playwright and SeleniumExperience with additional test tools and frameworks such as Cucumber, Gherkin, JMeter, and Swagger or similar API testing toolsExperience working in Agile/Scrum or DevSecOps environmentsFamiliarity with automated regression, integration, API, and web application testingExempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
