Our mission is to simplify financial services through cutting-edge products that create real value for our clients and their members. www.blossom.net We're looking for a Middle Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Infrastructure & Operations team and help build, automate, and maintain reliable, scalable, and highly available cloud environments. About the Role As a Middle Site Reliability Engineer , you will ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our cloud infrastructure while driving automation, observability, and operational excellence. You'll collaborate with engineering, platform, and security teams to improve system resilience, optimize deployments, and support mission-critical production environments. Requirements Must be currently located in Colombia. Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles. Hands-on experience managing production environments in AWS . Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog , or similar. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK). Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar). Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix , scripting ( Bash or Python ), and networking fundamentals. Experience with incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and production support. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. English level B2 or higher. AWS certifications are a plus.
