Technical Architect 1

The Technical Architect 1 provides strategic system architectural change support, structural customizations, and environment design for the CDC IFMS platform. This role ensures long-term system stability, scalability, and security compliance. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level system architectural guidance for TRIRIGA platform updates, version upgrades, and future migrations (e.g., transition to Maximo Real Estate/MREF). Update and maintain the IFMS Application Run Book for host environment restarts, failovers, and procedural management. Support security assessment, accreditation, Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, and System Security Plan (SSP) control compliance. Oversee code and object promotion across Development, Test/QA, Production, and Disaster Recovery environments. Required Qualifications Experience: 7+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, with specific expertise in IBM TRIRIGA software architecture customization and support. Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2019, SQL Server 2019, IBM WebSphere Liberty, disaster recovery planning, and Federal IT security frameworks (NIST/HHSAR). Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
