We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, modernize, deploy, and sustain mission-critical applications within a secure DoD environment. The role supports the full technology stack, including responsive user interfaces, back-end services and APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, Spring Boot, database technologies, cloud services, infrastructure as code, and DevSecOps. DISA or DISA mission-partner experience is highly preferred. <\/div> <\/div> Key Responsibilities<\/b> <\/div> Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications across front-end, API, business-logic, database, and data-access layers. <\/span><\/li> Develop application enhancements and modernization solutions using Java, JavaScript, Python, Spring Boot, HTML, and CSS. <\/span><\/li> Build responsive and accessible user interfaces, secure back-end services, APIs, system integrations, and database components. <\/span><\/li> Design and modernize database architectures, queries, schemas, and data models to improve scalability, performance, and data integrity. <\/span><\/li> Collaborate with UX, engineering, cybersecurity, and program stakeholders throughout the full application-development lifecycle. <\/span><\/li> Develop automated unit, integration, performance, and deployment tests; conduct code reviews focused on security, quality, and maintainability. <\/span><\/li> Troubleshoot application, database, integration, infrastructure, and production issues across development, testing, and operational environments. <\/span><\/li> Support CI/CD, service staging, deployment orchestration, infrastructure automation, and configuration management using CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, and Bitbucket. <\/span><\/li> Support release management, monitoring, alerting, incident response, patching, logging, vulnerability remediation, compliance tracking, reliability, and availability. <\/span><\/li> Maintain code and technical documentation, including designs, APIs, build guides, diagrams, procedures, and runbooks; participate in Agile ceremonies and Jira-based task tracking.<\/span> <\/li><\/ul> <\/div><\/span> Requirements<\/h3> Required Qualifications<\/b> <\/div> Bachelor\u2019s degree and at least eight years of IT or software development experience. <\/span><\/li> Full-stack development experience across front-end, back-end, APIs, and databases. <\/span><\/li> Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, SQL, and server-side development. <\/span><\/li> Hands-on experience in at least three areas, including Oracle, SQL Server, Java, cloud, data integration, automated testing, or DevSecOps. <\/span><\/li> Strong experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices. <\/span><\/li> Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, YAML, and database technologies. <\/span><\/li> At least four years of experience with Ansible, Terraform, JMeter, AWS services, or Docker. <\/span><\/li> Experience with deployment automation, infrastructure as code, and security configuration management. <\/span><\/li> Ability to work effectively across the full software development lifecycle. <\/span><\/li> U.S. citizenship and ability to work 100% onsite are required. <\/span><\/li><\/ul> Preferred Qualifications<\/b> <\/div> Prior experience supporting DISA or DISA mission partners. <\/span><\/li><\/ul> <\/div><\/span> Benefits<\/h3> Core Benefits: <\/b> <\/b><\/div> Paid Time Off PTO):TEN (10) Paid days off & FIVE (5) Floating days off. <\/span><\/li> Holidays: 11 Paid Holidays.
