Description
Mayvin is seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst who will assist in developing strategies that align with the United States Marshals Service (USMS) mission priorities. This position also leads efforts to improve data discoverability, interoperability, and responsible data sharing.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate development and execution of enterprise data governance strategies while advising senior executives on data policy, risk, and modernization priorities
Develop and support frameworks for data quality, metadata management, data lineage, data classification, and enterprise data catalog capabilities
Ensure compliance with federal data mandates, including evidence-based policymaking and open data requirements, while supporting public data release strategies
Facilitate implementation of enterprise data governance policies, standards, and procedures, including data retention, archiving, and disposal
Ensure enterprise data assets are discoverable, accessible, and protected through appropriate access controls
