Staff Data Engineer

Job Summary Newmark's technology team is looking for a Staff Data Engineer to drive the architecture and delivery of our cloud-native data platforms end to end, from ingestion and pipelines to curated data products, master data management, and AI/ML data services. You will set technical direction across multiple teams, design high-scale distributed data systems, establish enterprise master data management (MDM) and data governance standards, and champion the adoption of agentic AI and LLM-driven automation to accelerate delivery and unlock new product capabilities, all while mentoring senior engineers and remaining deeply hands-on.
