Lead Software Developer

Description of Task to be Performed: AnaVation is seeking a Lead Software Developer with an active Secret clearance. The ideal candidate will be a technical and thought leader with a passion for modernizing legacy enterprise applications in the Federal government space. This is a full-time position located onsite with our customer in Washington DC. What you will be doing Provide technical, thought, and people leadership in the redesign, development, maintenance, and modernization of a large, multi-tenant, legacy software application, including hands-on development support as needed Resolve particularly complex technical issues; provide innovative technical solutions to address environmental constraints and challenges Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to support activities throughout the entire SDLC Ensure attainment of all SLAs/SLOs in accordance with the QASP Mentor cross-functional development team members to achieve collective success Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing conditions Must possess a high degree of originality, creativity, and initiative requiring minimal supervision
